Which areas do you cover?

We can provide one-off or regular cleaning services throughout all of the Greater London area.

What is the free initial visit?

One of our senior managers will be happy to visit you at your home or business premises prior to providing a quote – completely free and without obligation.

With this visit, we’ll be able to talk you through our cleaning services and assess the property to provide an accurate quote. This also gives you the opportunity to ask us any questions in person and get to know us a bit better before you decide.

What do you clean?

We can tailor our cleaning service to incorporate everything you require. This includes:

Carpets, hardwood floors, marble/stone, doors, windows, mirrors, walls, ceilings, furniture, upholstery, stairs, fixtures, fittings, appliances (inside and out), electronic equipment, art, antiques, worktops, wardrobes, cupboards, beds, toilets, showers, baths and much more.

In the home, we can take care of every room, including living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, wet rooms, offices, garages, conservatories, foyers and more.

For commercial cleaning, we can include all of the above as well as reception areas, working areas, shop floors, staff rooms and communal kitchens/toilets.

What about delicate or valuable items?

We have strict written procedures involving delicate surfaces and valuable items of all types. This details how the item should be cleaned and what should be used from our range of specialist cleaning tools.

These procedures also involve an escalation policy, so in the event of finding a listed material, our cleaners will consult the on-site project supervisor for approval.

All of this ensures that every item is safely handled and cleaned with the utmost care.

Do you provide on-site supervision of every clean?

Yes. With every clean we do, our cleaners are accompanied by one of our senior site supervisors who acts as a project manager. This has a number of important benefits:

Firstly, the site supervisor is there to manage and orchestrate the clean, so the supervisor can follow the schedule of works and maximise efficiency whilst the cleaners carry out their specific duties. Secondly, the supervisor ensures that the highest standards of cleaning are met at all times. Third, the supervisor acts as an on-site point of authority to approve certain tasks and liaise with the office management team and client where necessary.

All of this ensures that every clean is organised, efficient, thorough and hassle-free, with a primary on-site point of contact if you have any questions or requests.

Who are your cleaning services suited for?

Are your cleaning solutions natural and eco-friendly?

We always use natural and eco-friendly cleaning solutions where possible. Occasionally, we may also use more specific cleaning solutions for disinfecting, deep cleaning and polishing.

If you have specific concerns regarding the cleaning solutions used in your home or business premises, please let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate any requests.

What can you do beyond cleaning?

We are able to go beyond traditional cleaning to offer the complete care service. For example, if you have any additional chores you would like us to do, or you need some items picked up for your home or business premises, we’ll do our very best to accommodate any requests where possible.

Some common tasks include chores such as ironing, as well as replenishing bathroom consumables and buying fresh flowers for the home.

It’s all about going the extra mile for our clients.

How personalised is the cleaning?

100%. We can be as specific as you want us to be. We want to learn about you and the rooms involved in the clean to tailor everything exactly how you want it. This can include the finest details, such as organising and positioning certain items in just the right way for a perfect clean every time.

Whilst our experience allows us to fully plan and manage the clean if you prefer a hands-off approach, we invite you to make any requests, no matter how large or small, to fine-tune the result to your preferences.

 

Do I have to be in the property during the clean?

Not at all. We can offer an optional key holding service where we can visit to carry out our cleaning duties if you have more important matters to attend to elsewhere. Alternatively, we can provide an optional key pick-up and drop-off service.

How flexible is the service?

We’ve built our cleaning services on a foundation of being flexible and dependable. For example, you may require an unexpected emergency clean, or you may need a clean re-arranged outside of our usual working hours. In every case, we’ll strive to accommodate your request.

Who can I contact regarding the cleaning?

We have a full-time office-based team, so you can contact us at any time regarding any aspects of your cleaning service. We always invite and encourage any feedback to help us improve our services and tailor them more closely to your needs.

Are you comprehensively insured?

Yes. We hold comprehensive business and public liability insurance from Zurich.

 

 

What credentials and accreditations do you have?

Alongside being fully insured, we include detailed health & safety policies, risk assessments and COSHH assessments.

We’re also a member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), and work with Peninsula Business Services regarding contracts, HR and health & safety procedures.

We also supply formal paperwork for every clean detailing the schedule of works, the actions taken and the sign-off procedures.
